Delicious and easy to prepare Black Bean Soup.

 

DIRECTIONS

Bring 5 cups of water to a boil.
Add soup contents and mix.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Uncover and continue simmering for 5 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved.

CHEF SUGGESTION: Add cream, fried tortilla strips or chips, cheese cubes, and avocado cubes for an authentic Mexican flavor.
